Last night we had our besties, Gaylen and Jacob over for dinner and game night. The absolute best news is now out in the world…they are expecting and it is a GIRL!!! We could not be happier for them. It is so fun to talk all things baby and pregnancy. They have loved on Lottie so much and watching them interact with her is the best.

Matt grilled steaks and we had salad and baked potatoes with them. Gaylen made the yummiest dessert. We didn’t have any ice cream to go with the bars so we ~whipped~ up some whipped cream and it was divine.

After Lottie went to bed, we played Pandemic at Matt’s request. Honestly, this game is way above my head and I still don’t completely understand the rules and roles. But I do like that it is the players against the board so you are all working together to solve a problem before the game ends. My favorite Friday nights are nights spent at home with friends, food, and games.
