Let’s be honest, I love buying things. I love finding something pretty or useful and adding it to my virtual or literal cart. I love getting home and finding a new spot for the item. I love it when a package arrives at my house. The whole shopping experience is just my favorite.
I thought I would open up my recent Amazon orders and share what I have purchased. I can’t attest to the fit or quality of the items since some I have not even received yet, but I will share what I had in mind for each purchase.

For me:
- Black drawstring pants I am all about a comfy pant, and what can be better than a drawstring option? Since my office is casual, I think that this will be a good option to wear to work.
- Green Two Piece Set I have seen this set on Instagram, and I think it looks so cute! I tend to run hot, so I like that this is a short-sleeved option. I plan on wearing this at the house when friends come over, but you don’t want to be in straight-up pajamas. I also think this could be a great airport outfit with a denim jacket over it!
- Beakey Make-Up Sponges This five-pack of make-up sponges is the best! I will never pay for a Beauty Blender again. This is my third repurchase of these sponges and this time they were on sale for only $6!
- Mighty Patch Nose Strip I have been getting quite a few pimples on my nose recently which is not my typical breakout spot. Upon closer inspection, I think my blackheads are to blame. I have heard good things about these strips so I am excited to give them a try.
- Reign I have been anxiously awaiting book four in the American Royals series. This book arrived a few days ago and while I am only about a forth of the way through, I am really enjoying it!

For Lottie:
- Pack ‘n Play Mattress Topper When I took Lottie to the office, she used to nap in her DockATot. Now that she is sleeping on her stomach, I have been trying to get her to take her naps in the Pack ‘N Play, but she typically wakes up after about forty-five minutes. A few other moms have mentioned that a mattress topper has helped their kiddo sleep so much better, so I am giving it a try!
- Silicone Bowls and Spoons We just started giving Lottie oatmeal cereal at night. We have used these for the last week and are really likely them.
- Fresh Food Feeder This looks like a great tool to help with teething. I plan on putting strawberries or other fruits in the pouches for her to suck on.
- Boon Eating Set Once Lottie turns six months, we are going to start with a form of Baby Led Feeding. I bought this book a few weeks ago and have been learning all the things! The tools in this set look really helpful.
- *** I have not purchased this item yet, but I am considering purchasing this Upseat in lieu of a traditional high chair. I love that it is ergonomic. I think we like the idea of putting the seat on the table instead of having a separate high chair.
I always have a running list of books that I want to get Lottie. Currently on this list (but have not purchased yet) are :
- Who You Were Made To Be by Joanna Gaines
- So Happy to Know You! (A That Sounds Fun Book for Kids) by Annie F. Downs
- Who Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up? by Paula Ferris
