I am so thankful that we are officially in fall! Truly, I love the word “autumn”. Even the word feels cozy. Unfortunately, the weather in Tampa hasn’t quite gotten the memo that it should cool down, but I know it is coming! Bring on all of the festive desserts, pumpkin drinks, cozy kids books, and football Saturdays.
I recently made a pumpkin cold foam for my iced coffee and it is delicious! This is my second version, and I think it’s a winner. All you need is:
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin
- 1/4 cup of Premier Protein Caramel
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
Dump these ingredients into a blender and let it go for about thirty seconds. If the mixture is not thick enough for your liking, add another dash of cream. I pour the mixture into a mason jar so I can shake it easily before every serving. If it is too thick, you can always add a little bit of water and shake it up again. I have found that it gets thicker the longer you have it in the fridge.

*This is the stunning photo I sent to my mom telling her about my concoction.
I also added a few fall books to Lottie’s bookshelf (more on that later!). But this book is too great to gatekeep! It is such a precious picture book for every Gilmore Girl lover.
