Playlists for Every Activity

I am not a huge music girl. I am awful at finding new music, and it is embarrassing how many songs I don’t know that were popular when I was growing up. But when I do find music I like, I listen to it over and over. Like for years.

I have a few go-to playlists on Spotify for certain activities. Here are some of my favorites:

Easy 60s is the perfect happy background music playlist. Most of these songs I recognized from movies and they have such a feel-good vibe. If you are having a game night, this playlist is perfect to have playing along!

Disney Hits is my go-to playlist for having fun with Lottie. A lot of times we play this while she is in the bath, and she thinks it is so funny. You can never go wrong with Disney music!

Early 2000s Worship takes me back to listening to my local Christian radio station (shoutout to Z88.3) in the backseat of my mom’s SUV. All the songs came flooding back to me, and I remember every word. When I was little, I had a Wow Worship CD that I fell asleep to every night. So many of these songs were on that CD and nothing is more nostalgic and comforting than worship songs from your childhood.

Happy is a playlist I created. All of the songs on it are, unsurprisingly, happy. We drove from Orlando to Charleston for our honeymoon, so I made this playlist for us to listen to. All of the songs are about being in love, and most are familiar favorites. Put this playlist on to dance in the kitchen or for your own road trip. It will definitely keep you smiling.
